The Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (MoWECP) amended Regulation No. 1/2020 on the provision of Women Workers’ Shelters (Rumah Perlindungan Pekerja Perempuan/RP3) in the workplace through Ministerial Regulation No. 1/2023. The amendment enhances protections for female workers by reinforcing the requirements for the establishment and management of RP3 facilities, thereby ensuring the provision of safe and supportive environments for women in the workplace.
